The Sales Development Representative will focus on generating new business through extensive research, cold calling, and emailing. The primary objective of this role is to support the team of Growth Managers (Sales Representatives) by scheduling appointments with qualified prospective clients. This role executes on all business imperatives in alignment with FCR’s Mission, Vision, Values.
The Sales Development Representative will report to the EVP of Sales & Marketing.
Essential Functions and Duties
- Schedule appointments with prospective clients with Growth Manager team
- Generate new business through research, cold calls, and emails
- Work with Growth Managers to provide necessary information for potential client leads
- Provides insights and process improvement recommendations into the applicable business practices to help increase efficiency
- Provides prompt responses via chat, email, and phone
- Always maintains a positive and professional demeanor and attitude toward potential clients
- Offer solutions quickly, accurately, and efficiently
- Special projects and other duties assigned

- Experience in communicating with a diverse population of individuals
- Unwavering integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality
- Strong attention to detail
- Demonstrates excellent time management skills, prioritizing and handling multiple tasks simultaneously
- Superior communication and interpersonal skills
- Understanding of technology and systems, including Microsoft Office – Outlook, Teams, Forms, SharePoint, etc.
- Resilient and able to work in a fast-paced, changing environment
Additional Qualifications
- Some occasional travel between centers
- Adequate and maintained home internet service with sufficient bandwidth to support job function
