This job is open to candidates in the states of WA, OR, MT, ID, CO, MI, and WY.

The Sales Development Representative will focus on generating new business through extensive research, cold calling, and emailing. The primary objective of this role is to support the team of Growth Managers (Sales Representatives) by scheduling appointments with qualified prospective clients. This role executes on all business imperatives in alignment with FCR’s Mission, Vision, Values.

The Sales Development Representative will report to the EVP of Sales & Marketing.

Essential Functions and Duties

  • Schedule appointments with prospective clients with Growth Manager team
  • Generate new business through research, cold calls, and emails
  • Work with Growth Managers to provide necessary information for potential client leads
  • Provides insights and process improvement recommendations into the applicable business practices to help increase efficiency
  • Provides prompt responses via chat, email, and phone
  • Always maintains a positive and professional demeanor and attitude toward potential clients
  • Offer solutions quickly, accurately, and efficiently
  • Special projects and other duties assigned


  • Experience in communicating with a diverse population of individuals
  • Unwavering integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Demonstrates excellent time management skills, prioritizing and handling multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Superior communication and interpersonal skills
  • Understanding of technology and systems, including Microsoft Office – Outlook, Teams, Forms, SharePoint, etc.
  • Resilient and able to work in a fast-paced, changing environment

Additional Qualifications

  • Some occasional travel between centers
  • Adequate and maintained home internet service with sufficient bandwidth to support job function

  • Physical Demands: Sitting up to 100% of the time.
  • Travel Demands: Minimal, roughly 5% or less for the year.
  • Working Conditions: Indoor office environment, use of telephone and headset (up to 100% of the time), computer and other office equipment.

FCR Hiring Minimum Requirements

  • High school graduate or equivalent
  • Employment contingent upon successful completion of a background check

Colleagues hired for Work from Home positions are responsible for providing and maintaining a functioning workspace as part of the terms of employment with FCR.

Physical Setup

  • Quiet work environment, free of background noise
  • Desk and chair or sit /stand desk meeting the individual’s ergonomic requirements including any special accommodations required
  • This position requires that you work from the address listed on your employee profile.


  • A high-speed, Internet connection is required and must be available at all times. 
  • Phone (Smartphone, landline, cell phone) to communicate with your supervisor or IT Help desk when your computer is not available.
