IT Desktop Support

This job is for you if:

  • You already have a strong understanding of information security, troubleshooting, internet technologies and apps, and sequential problem resolution.You strive to deliver exemplary technical and customer service on a site-wide level.
  • You’re a team player, willing to work with multiple departments to maintain and uphold FCR’s core values.
  • You have strong and effective communication skills, written and oral, for both technical and non-technical explanations.
  • You have exceptional time management and organizational skills.
  • You have observation and critical reasoning skills to find problem patterns, analyze effectiveness and make recommendations to improve operations
  • You are willing to accept feedback about services rendered, tic

Job Requirements:

  • Facilitate the resolution of Site Facilities Issues by liaising with external vendors
  • Learn and follow compliances and processes, such as technical change management and escalation procedures.
  • One (1) or more years of technical service, with prior experience in customer service
  • Prior experience supporting a 50+ user Active Directory environment
  • Prior formal supervisory experience, including hiring
  • An Associate's Degree is preferred (but not required)
  • Prior Call Center experience preferred

FCR Hiring Minimum Requirements

  • High school graduate or equivalent
  • 18 years or older
  • A criminal history background check will be conducted prior to beginning employment
