Technical Service Representative

  • You can think on your feet - You enjoy learning new things and researching using online tools
  • You communicate clearly, and you listen carefully. You can explain just about anything to anyone, and you’re capable of successfully providing solutions through chat, email and on the phone.

Essential Functions & Duties:

  • Provide technical service and solutions using multiple communication tools including chat, email and phone channels
  • Ability to understand and interpret technical information to people who are not tech savvy
  • Research multiple resources and tools simultaneously to find best answers
  • Advanced systems understanding and working knowledge to effectively troubleshoot and solve complex customer issues 
  • Educate customers on product for optimal understanding and ease of use & accessibility 
  • Offer solutions quickly and be conscious of their time as well as your own
  • Special projects and other duties as assigned

FCR Hiring Minimum Requirements:

  • High school graduate or equivalent
  • 18 years or older
  • A criminal history background check will be conducted prior to beginning employment
